While it's hard to understand what the differences are from that description, it's totally on-target. Easy Blackjack is indeed a totally different way to play. In fact, while there are strong elements of blackjack in there, for gambling purposes, it's more along the lines of a guessing game.
Basically what you're doing is guessing the dealer's hand value, and choosing a position higher than it. That's it. There's no card strategy involved, and that's for the simple reason that you aren't dealt any cards.
The dealer is the only one who is dealt any cards. You bet on what hand you'll need to beat theirs. Your options are 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20. In other words, predefined hand scores. And if it turns out to be higher than the dealer's, you win. If the dealer busts, you also win, while in the case of a push, your bet is returned.

In terms of mechanics: to make the bet, simply place your chips on one of those hand values. You can also place a chip on the 'Bust It' side bet, which is an extra bet on the dealer's hand exceeding 21, ie. going bust. This bet can be won regardless of the outcome of the main bet.
The dealer must hit on 16 and stand on a soft 17. For beginners, that means the dealer must take another card on 16, and not on a 17, when that 17 includes an Ace.

Short and simple, there is no blackjack strategy table to follow for this variant. It's just not how this game rolls.
Instead, you'll need to think about the hands you can bet on - 16, 17, 18, 19, or 20. Remember that you're trying to straight out beat the dealer with this value – you won't get dealt a card to build your hand further.
Also there's no way for you to get a blackjack in this game, or beat a 20 or 21 dealer hand. So you'll want to think strategically about the ramifications.
- The 16 hand, for example, is basically betting that the dealer will bust, since they must draw on 16. So you want to consider the likelihood of that happening. From what we've seen, it's about every 4 hands or so that the dealer busts, though that's not an official stat.
- Choosing 17 some would say, while this isn't a great hand, is betting on a push, or maybe also the dealer busting, due to that same dealer rule.
- As for the rest of your options, a bet on 18 will only beat a dealer's 17, or their bust. A similar thought pattern goes for 19 – you'll win on a dealer 17 and 18 hand, or a bust, while a 20 pick increases your chances for a win with a dealer 19 hand on top of the previous possibilities.

Beyond the strategy of how to look at the hands you can choose in this variant, there are a few tips for Easy Blackjack play.
First of all, this is about making a guess on a position that will beat the dealer hand. You do not built a hand. So as much as you may have blackjack skills, a small mindset shift is required.
